Swolski

Designed for a contact sport

Boxing and fitness training carry a risk of injury, and contact training a risk of serious injury. Swolski is designed around that. The rules below are part of the design; each says whether it is open today or in build.

Swolski is not medical advice Open today

It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe anything, and it is not an emergency service. Talk to a doctor before you start or change a training program if you have a health condition, have been inactive, or are unsure. Follow your coach and your doctor over anything Swolski says.

It is for adults Open today

Accounts are for people 18 and over in the United States.

Screening will come first In build

Before any training, Swolski will ask a short set of questions about your health and your experience. Some answers will open training at once; others will hold parts of it until a doctor or your coach clears you. The questions will come from a published screening tool, used under its license.

Gates will hold until the right person clears them In build

A hold will be recorded on your account, and only the person who can clear it will be able to lift it. While a gate is held, the plan will not include what it holds, and nothing said in conversation will move it.

Contact only on your coach's word In build

Partner contact and sparring will enter your plan only as an instruction from your coach, after Swolski has checked the coach's registration with a boxing body, and after you have read and acknowledged a statement about brain injury that is being written from published sources. Swolski will keep a log of your contact rounds and hold rest periods after them.

What Swolski never does Open today

Swolski will not score your injury risk, predict anything about your brain, give force or power numbers, detect concussions, or give meal plans or supplement advice, and it will not take genetic data. It will make no accuracy or health claim before a study has tested it.

Your health data Open today

Beyond your account, Swolski collects no health data until you agree to it, one kind at a time, and asks again if the wording of a consent changes. You can withdraw any consent, download everything in your account, and delete your account and its data. Backups are encrypted and destroyed after 180 days, and a restore from a backup deletes your data again before the service reopens.
