Swolski

The coach’s eye for the days between lessons.

Accounts are open today. The coaching team, the camera trainer and the training log are in build and will open part by part.

Swolski is being built as an AI athletic trainer for boxing, fitness and health: it will plan your solo sessions, watch your form through the camera, keep your log and your vitals, and report to the coach you already have.

What your coach will see after you film a round.

Your coach watches one session a week

The other sessions happen in front of a mirror or a bag, where a dropped hand or a lazy pivot settles into muscle memory before anyone notices. Boxers say it on every forum: you cannot see half of your own mistakes. Swolski is being built to see them for you, between lessons, and to show them to your coach.

What you can do today, and what is being built

Swolski is being built in the open, one part at a time. This list changes with every release.

Ready for you Open today

  • Your account. Sign up with an email address and a password, and confirm the address from the mail.
  • Your privacy controls. You can download everything in your account as a file, and delete your account: it is erased within 30 days, usually within minutes. Beyond your account Swolski collects no health data today, and it will ask you before it collects any kind, one kind at a time.

Coming, in this order In build

  1. Screening and safety gates. A few questions before any training, and holds that the coaching team will not be talked out of.
  2. Your coach's seat. You will invite the coach you train with; they will see what you share, review your clips and approve harder work. Their seat will be free.
  3. Your training log. You will record each session, your sleep and what you eat.
  4. The boxing course. Lessons with a drill, the usual fault and a self-check, each to be reviewed and signed by a boxing coach before it opens.
  5. The coaching team. A plan for every solo session that will follow what you logged and what your coach said.
  6. Vitals and records. Your heart rate, your sleep and the numbers your devices already keep will come in from the apps and wearables you choose, one kind at a time, and will stay yours.
  7. The camera trainer. You will film a round or a set on your phone, and your coach will review the clip. Each measurement will open only after a study has checked it, and will come with its error.

How Swolski will work with you and your coach In build

  1. Start with a screen. Before any training, Swolski will ask about your health and your experience. Some answers will open training at once. Others will hold it until a doctor or your coach clears you.
  2. Train between lessons. The coaching team will plan each solo session from your log and your coach's instructions. A lighter day will take effect at once. Harder work will wait for your coach.
  3. Keep your coach in charge. Your coach will have a free seat, see what you choose to share, review your clips, set holds and approve increases. Partner contact and sparring will enter your plan only when your coach puts them there.
  4. Film a round. You will record a round on your phone, with your face blurred on your device before the clip is uploaded, and your coach will review it. Camera measurements will come later, one at a time, each with its stated error.
  5. Keep your numbers. Your vitals and your records will come in from the devices you choose, each only after you agree, and the plan will read them.

How Swolski treats risk

Privacy first, in specifics Open today

Beyond your account, Swolski collects no health data today. When a part of it asks for a kind of data, it asks you first, one kind at a time, and the work stops when you withdraw. The site shows no advertising. Its public pages count visits on its operator’s own server, which sets no cookie and keeps no network address. Pages you see signed in count nothing. The policy names every company that touches your data and how to reach it. Download everything in your account as a file whenever you like. Delete your account and it is erased within 30 days, usually within minutes; the policy says what stays in backups and for how long. Nothing is sold.

What it costs

Creating an account is free. Two paid plans, Corner at 19 US dollars a month and Camp at 39 US dollars a month, will open when the coaching team does, each for less than the price of one private lesson. Nothing can be bought today.

Questions

Will Swolski replace my coach?
No. It is being built to work under the coach you have: your coach will see what you share, review your clips and approve harder work. Swolski is for the days between your lessons.
Will I be able to use it without a coach?
For solo training, yes, when the course, the log and the plan open. Swolski will never plan partner contact or sparring without a coach whose registration with a boxing body it has checked.
Is it only for boxing?
Boxing comes first. The same platform is being built for fitness and health: an athletic trainer that will watch your form, a log of your workouts and your vitals, and a twin that will show where your training is taking you. Goals outside the gym are another product's job.
Will it watch me through the camera?
Only when you film a round or a set and press upload, and only after you agree to it. Your face will be blurred on your device before the clip leaves it. Your coach will review the clip; measurements will open one at a time, each with its stated error.
Does it measure my punches?
Not today. Camera measurements will open one at a time, each after a study has checked it, and each will come with its stated error.
Is Swolski medical advice?
No. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe anything. Talk to a doctor before you start or change a training program if you have a health condition or have been inactive.
What can I do with an account today?
Create it, confirm it, download what it holds and delete it. Each part of Swolski opens in your account as it is finished, and the home page lists which is next.
Where is Swolski offered?
In the United States, to adults 18 and over.
Who runs Swolski?
Manic Agency LLC, a company in Henderson, Nevada, sells and operates it.

Your coach sees some of your training, and Swolski is being built for the rest of it.
