Refunds and cancellation
How to cancel a plan, what cancelling does, and when a charge is refunded.

Nothing is on sale yet
No paid plan is on sale and nothing has been charged to anyone. Accounts are free. What follows will apply from the day a paid plan opens, and this page will say so.
How to cancel
When paid plans open, you will cancel on the account page. If you cannot sign in, you will write to team@manic.agency from the email address of your account and say you want to cancel. Swolski will cancel the plan and confirm by email.
What happens when you cancel
When paid plans open: your plan will stop renewing, stay on until the end of the period you paid for, and then your account will return to the Free plan. You will not be charged again.
Refunds
When paid plans open: a charge will not be refunded for part of a period. Swolski will refund in full any charge made after you cancelled, and any second charge for the same period, whenever you tell us. A refund of a charge made after you cancelled ends the plan for that period; refunding a second charge for the same period leaves the plan on. If Swolski closes your account for a reason other than a breach of the terms, it will refund the unused part of the period. To ask for a refund, write to team@manic.agency from the email address of your account.
Disputes
When paid plans open: if you dispute a charge with your bank, the paid part of your plan will be paused until the dispute is closed. If the bank decides for you, the charge goes back to you and the plan ends; if it decides for us, the plan continues. You can also write to team@manic.agency about any charge.
Reminders
When paid plans open: Swolski will email you at least 7 and at most 30 days before a price change takes effect, with how to cancel, and once a year with what your plan costs and how to cancel.
